Synthesized external reviewer inputs evaluating Institute strategic plan and developed Advisory Council model for University of Global Health Equity's Institute for Global Health Equity Research.
Engaged fifteen industry experts in landscape analysis for Mass Health Quality Partners Strategic Plan, gaining insight on trends and concerns across health equity, experience, and access in Massachusetts and nationally.

Collaborated with Groundwater national clients to refine the groundwater case for equity in the biotech and pharma sectors. 
Walked 120 mile route of Dingle Peninsula in Ireland, averaging 15 mile days from town to town in timeless and beautiful region in County Kerry.

Launched strategic planning process with Massachusetts Health Quality Partners, engaging with Board of Directors, and Councils of health plans, providers, and consumers to explore priorities, landscape, needs, and organizational capabilities.
Participated on Beacon Academy video panel describing this 10-year program arc that prepares highly motivated students from communities with limited resources to succeed in competitive high schools, colleges, and careers.

Redesigned curriculum for Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health courses: Fundamentals of Public Health and Enabling Teams.
Participated in Groundwater Network's Annual Multisector Convening with focus on bringing structural lasting change to complex organizations.

Led Advanced Grantee Training Series for Rx Foundation, five modules for non-profit leaders covering topics including: theories of change, board strategies, finance and budgets, and AI and non-profit engagement. 

Moderated "Trust, Transparency, and Transformation," a national foundation panel for the Rx Foundation exploring possibility and collaboration in foundation grantee partnerships. 

February 2024 | Developed strategic plan for the Institute of Global Health Equity Research at Rwanda's University of Global Health Equity, collaborating with the Institute's Executive Director and senior leadership, advancing research and impact through training and human resource development, scaled population science initiatives, and cutting-edge clinical trials and bench research.

Conceptualized, designed, and co-facilitated Beacon Academy's "Workplace Readiness Workshop" program for first generation college students.

Designed and edited University of Global Health Equity's Implementation Research Toolkit, the inaugural resource in the Transforming Healthcare Delivery Leaders Series. 

Completed Industrial Areas Foundation comprehensive community organizer training.

Researched, co-authored and recorded Groundwater Institute's video series: "Racial Equity in Health Care" and "Health Equity in Action," which were included in engagements with Groundwater's national health care clients.

Taught Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health "Introduction to Public Health" to Doctorate in Public Health students, revising long-standing curriculum to reflect nuance of power, equity, and collaboration in public health globally.   

Supported National SeaChange Coalition and partners in rollout of National Roadmap for Opioid Settlement Funds, including developing roadmap content, media advisory development, and media roundtable event.  

July 2023 | Supported EqualHealth's fundraising strategy and recruitment, submitting multiyear grant to support critical social medicine education and healing justice work globally.

Taught Theory of Change workshop with remarkable Ireme team, a program of Move Up Global, in Musanze, Rwanda. 

Completed strategic plan for the Center for Leadership in Global Health Equity, University of Global Health Equity, Kigali, Rwanda.  

Toured Rwanda's national parks in Musanze, Akagera, Nyungwe, and hiked a portion of the Nile Congo Trail. At a rare loss for words to describe the exquisite beauty of Rwanda and the exceedingly generous communities we were welcomed into.

Engaged in Groundwater Network Convening in Atlanta, Georgia, building a movement for racial equity across sectors. 

Guest lectured and served as Project Review Panelist in Program Design For Global Health at Boston University School of Public Health.
