As Director of Administration and Program in Global Health Equity, I oversaw an annual budget of $15M, 50+ annual grants across public and private funders, and developed robust a multi-year budget model to support growth and sustainability of critical progams. 
I also served as key partner and negotiator with numerous funders and developed internal operations and high functioning team to support grant infrastructure. 

As Director of Strategic Financial Planning, I oversaw analytic projects including: system-wide metric development, quality management, and patient-centered care initiatives, establishment of cost management strategies, cases for expanded Cardiovascular and Cancer services, numerous faculty clinical collaborations including cutting-edge technology adoption and financing.


Harvard University Faculty of Arts and Sciences | As Assistant Dean for Finance, I oversaw financial planning, strategy, and analysis for a $1B+ operating budget and a $1B+ five-year capital plan. I developed a sophisticated and robust and multi-year projection model and was accountable for eight affiliates comprising a $12B endowment.
