Collaborated with board to develop grant strategy tripling budget in five years, expanding from exclusively individual donors and sunsetting institutional support, to individual, foundation and event strategy paired with expanded communications and outreach. Served as Project Lead supporting Commissioners to develop and implement Health Equity Symposium convening 200+ community, academic, policy and clinical leaders. Coordinated all logistical and content. 2023

Successfully executed vibrant annual galas and Equity Hero Awards Program with attendance of 150+, launching new donor relationships with individuals and foundations. Groundwater Institute
Developed nuanced research and narrative for use by national clients to deeply understand systemic inequities in US healthcare. Wrote and refined multi-module video script and engaged as on-film contributor for content reaching audience in excess of 10K viewers. 2022-2024
Rx Foundation
Provided development expertise developing and leading Advanced Grantee Training Series, five modules for non-profit leaders covering: board strategic planning, theories of change, finance and budgets, and AI. Moderated "Trust, Transparency, and Transformation," a national foundation panel exploring possibility and collaboration in foundation grantee partnerships. 2024

Brigham and Women's Hospital, Division of Global Health Equity Working under the guidance of Dr. Paul Farmer in partnership with BWH Development Office, worked closely with our major donors – foundations and individuals—to develop meaningful metrics that would most effectively support their interests in our global equity work. Responsible for all public communications including annual year-end campaign, donor tracking, multiyear analysis, database creation, maintenance and training.
Developed highly successful grant strategy for EqualHealth's Social Medicine Consortium, Campaign Against Racism, and Women's Leadership Roundtable, expanding donor base and visibility while dramatically increasing access to these essential programs.

Women of Means/Healthcare Without Walls
Created a highly effective standardized grant system that supported efficiency and success in submission and reporting processes. Helped to craft concepts and language that expanded programming from shelter-based health care to targeted initiatives for unhoused and unstably housed elderly women, pregnant women, and new mothers, dramatically improving lives. 2009-2010
