Developed client-specific deep-dive training on history, analysis, and interpretation of non-profit financials, stories they tell, and using financial analysis as a tool for strategy and program development. 

Content Development and the Case for Health Equity  
Researched, co-authored, and recorded Groundwater Institute's video series: "Racial Equity in Health Care" and "Health Equity in Action," which were included in engagements with Groundwater's national health care clients.  

Case Development to Enrich Public Health Practice
Designed and taught inaugural case writing course for DrPH students. Collaborated with domestic and global partner organizations and supported student teams' process and products to enhance experiential learning and develop relevant, authentic teaching tools. 

Landscape and Compensation Analysis for Long-term Planning
Researched, designed, and presented comprehensive multi-sector analysis and scorecard. Assessed compensation costs, parity, and sustainability. Supported Director of Human Resources and Board Human Resources Committee.   

Strategic Plan Partnership and Leadership Retreat Facilitation
Collaborated with Executive Director, Board Chair and senior leadership team, engaging in deep landscape analysis, values and assets assessment, and expert interview process to develop five-year plan for impact and sustainability. 

Project Development in Quality and Patient Experience
Engaged in deep research, expert interviews, synthesis, and opportunity mapping working across payor, provider, policy and consumer sectors to best understand the Urgent Care delivery landscape and how it impacts quality of care, primary care continuity, and patient experience.

Developed and delivered customized interactive workshop for site-based team in Musanze, Rwanda, building on core planning skills, role specific goals, and community-wide aspirations.

Supported National Sea Change Coalition and partners in rollout of National Roadmap for Opioid Settlement Funds, including co-developing roadmap content, media advisory, and media roundtable event.  

Grantee Landscape Data Analysis for Trends and Action
Responding to unprecedented grant submissions, designed database for team review and streamlined analysis. Co-developed trend and action analytics elevating key themes in capacity building for health advocacy nationally.

Meeting the Needs of Grantees

Led Advanced Grantee Training Series for Rx Foundation, five modules for non-profit leaders covering topics including: theories of change, board strategies, finance and budgets, and AI and non-profit engagement. 

Making the Case for Mentorship in First Gen College Student Education
In collaboration with Center Director,  researched, wrote, and edited "The Case for the Dotson Center: Creating the conditions for success through mentoring, enrichment, and leadership growth." 

Creating a National Model for Educational Access 

Co-created a national strategy to provide academic opportunity and school placement for underserved students, establishing the National Partnership for Educational Access's charter, advisory board, mission, multi-year budget, and launch plan. Developed the Executive Director role and recruited the founding ED. 

Strategic Plans and Toolkits for Global Impact

Collaborated with senior program leaders at pre-eminent Rwandan university developing strategic plans for the Institute of Global Health Equity Research and Advanced Leadership Institute. Designed and edited UGHE's Implementation Research Toolkit, the core resource for the Transforming Healthcare Delivery Leaders Series supporting leaders across the African continent. 

Working in partnership with the LEAP Center, developed case writing workshop and curriculum to scale evidenced-based, equity focused innovations to improve health systems.

Leadership Partnership for Emerging Public Health Startup

Served as thought partner to founder and inaugural Executive Director through start-up phase for public health non-profit. Supported board strategy and engagement, messaging and fundraising, and mapping initial program development.
